Lay-by/LayAway Terms and Conditions
- 8 week lay-by/layaway service.
- Please refer to item or contact me to check if the item is eligible for lay-by.
- A 20% lay-by deposit required when order is placed.
- Lay-by must be finalised by the due date(that’s 8 weeks later).
- 40% of the amount is due every 4 weeks.
- If the lay-by is cancelled by you within the lay-by period then all monies will be refunded minus a 10% service fee.
- If you fail to make payments and/or do not finalise your lay-by by the due date (without contacting us to arrange an extension), your lay-by will be cancelled, stock will be returned to the store and a 15% cancellation fee will apply to cover administration costs.
- Item will not be send out until final payment has been received.
- Once payments are received you will receive email confirmation outlining the payment made and lay-by balance due.
- Once you receive your items the normal Refund/Exchange policy applies.
- All items remain the property of Znat until final payment has been received.
